Reporting Requirement

Under the University of Minnesota Administrative Policy: Sexual Harassment, Sexual Assault, Stalking and Relationship Violence (Section III), all employees (with the exception of those that are confidential employees) are obligated to share reports of sexual misconduct with the Title IX Coordinator.

Who do I contact to make a report?

The Office of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action receives reports of sexual misconduct involving members of the UMD community.
